Drawing from her remarkable 15-year journey at Google and YouTube\, followed by leadership roles at Instagram and startups\, Taylor will share insights on navigating career transitions from Big Tech to entrepreneurial ventures. She’ll discuss how she’s approached career decisions through the lens of learning\, impact\, and personal fulfillment\, including her current role fostering innovation in Berkeley’s startup ecosystem. \nLearn how Taylor has embraced being “comfortable with uncomfortable” while leading first-of-kind initiatives across video advertising\, creator ecosystems\, and AI-powered platforms.
