Christine is the founder & CEO of Sounding Board, a tech platform for scalable leadership coaching & mentoring, and Catherine is a Senior Managing Director at Hercules Capital, the largest non-bank venture debt fund, with over $4 Billion in assets under management.
Sounding Board is one of <3% of female-founded, VC-backed companies, raising nearly $50M from top-tier investors. Catherine is one of the few female, late-stage technology investors, and leads an investment team that is both gender and ethnically diverse. Both share a passion for increasing the representation of women and under-represented groups in leadership roles in male-dominated industries.
